This Peruvian coffee is a true omni-coffee among ROST's coffees, meaning it can be used as both filter coffee and espresso (we always encourage you to try our different coffees prepared using different methods - this way you can find completely new and surprising taste experiences :) As a filter coffee, Peru emphasizes the pure chocolate taste with a fruity aftertaste. The coffee is Fair Trade and organic certified.
Peru is among. the Roastery staff's favorite espresso. The coffee's acidity and sweetness are in perfect harmony, the taste is accentuated by licorice, and the aftertaste has an almond note. In other words, it is a timeless classic that is suitable for fine and precious moments when an interesting taste journey with surprising nuances is expected from an espresso. However, the balanced nature of the coffee makes it easily approachable, so it can also be enjoyed in the Italian vertical bar style without unnecessary fuss.
