ROST Hellen Mora is ROST Coffee Roastery's light roast single-origin coffee from the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica. This experimental lot from the small farm Agro Hellen shines particularly well in filter coffee machines and Hario V60. Its ripe fruity flavor profile makes for an exceptionally fine drip coffee experience.
Our Experimental Series coffee this time is from the small farm Agro Hellen in the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica. Don William decided to invest in his own processing facility, and since 2015, he has been able to produce exceptionally high-quality coffees himself. This coffee is named after his daughter, Hellen.
