ROST Ethiopia Homa is a light-roasted single-origin organic coffee from Ethiopia's Yirgacheff region, roasted by ROST Coffee Roasters. This Organic and Fairtrade-certified coffee shines especially in a filter coffee maker and Hario V60. Its floral, jasmine aroma and complex flavor make it an excellent choice for lovers of light-roasted coffees.

This Organic & Fairtrade-certified coffee comes from Homa Cooperative's Yirgacheff in Ethiopia. The region is known for its high-quality Arabica coffee, and its fertile volcanic soil and shading forest create ideal conditions for producing balanced and bright-flavored coffee.

The coffee cherries are hand-picked at their peak ripeness and delivered to washing stations, the largest of which is located in the village of Shara. The cherries are sorted in water, their pulp is mechanically removed, and the beans are fermented for 36–72 hours. After fermentation, the coffee is washed with clean water and sun-dried on raised beds for 7–15 days. Over 400 drying tables allow for careful processing of the lots and consistent quality.
