Urnex Cafiza espresso machine cleaner

A clean espresso machine, better coffee.

Urnex Cafiza is an effective cleaning powder for the regular cleaning of espresso machines. It removes coffee oils and coffee residues from brewing groups, valves, and pipes, and helps keep the taste of coffee clean.

Cafiza is also suitable for cleaning filter holders, screens, and other removable metal parts. The odorless cleaning powder dissolves well in water and is suitable for both professional use and home baristas.

Instructions for use, espresso machine cleaning:

1. Add approximately 3 g of Cafiza powder to the blind filter basket.
2. Start brewing for 10 seconds and stop for 10 seconds. Repeat five times.
3. Remove the filter holder and rinse the brewing group and filter holder.
4. Repeat the cleaning cycle five times without cleaning agent.
5. Finally, make one espresso and pour it away.

Cleaning removable parts:

Mix 6 g of Cafiza powder with one liter of hot water. Let the parts to be cleaned soak for 30 minutes and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not immerse the handle of the filter holder in the solution.
